On the announcement of the State President of Bharatiya Janata Mazdoor Trade Union Council (BJMTUC), the newly appointed State President and members discussed organisation expansion and upcoming activities, and the new office bearer was felicitated on assuming the new responsibility.
On the recommendation of the Mahila Morcha State President and with the consent of the State President, the new State Vice President of BJMTUC has been entrusted with the responsibility.
BJMTUC will raise its voice against the growing exploitation of workers deployed in government departments and corporations through private outsourcing agencies. Workers engaged through private agencies are given neither pay-slips nor EPF (provident fund) details. The worker does not even know what salary the government pays them or what the norms are. Agencies are making arbitrary deductions. Despite heavy deductions, responsible departments remain mute spectators due to vested interests. Action must be taken soon.

On 22 June 2024, a memorandum was submitted regarding the demand for continued service of vocational trainers in the vocational education stream. Under the aegis of the BJMTUC State Vice President, the demands of vocational teachers were conveyed in meetings with CM Vishnudev Sai, Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh and Education Minister Gajendra Yadav, who assured a positive resolution.
